Seacotex running its business with their existing building space capacity and facing space issue as a part of continues progress in terms of business volume. To optimize existing space by re-structuring is the key which ensuring efficiency of every inch. To re-structure this, we’ve surveyed full area with facilitated works to plan with full factory eco-system under a synchronized way. It’ll reduce time to complete tasks & engage less manpower ensuring & implementing everything single thing under this eco-system. To keep existing work area and build a new complex by merging all the common facilities was our main challenge which we’ve overcame by innovative design meeting client’s requirements. We’ve facilitated by increasing working space, separate office building for administration work, two (02) conference room, prayer room for both male & female, dining hall, QC room, children day care center, roof top refreshment corner, parking bay for heavy weighted vehicle, improve drainage system etc.
